(More customer reviews)I use the NON-clear lid case to put my camera in while skiing/hiking/biking/traveling.I clip it to my belt loop with the carabiner.It gets slammed into trees, landed on, dunked in water, covered in snow, dunked in mud, and my camera is always dry and clean.
Don't buy the clear lid - first, thieves can see what's in it when you're traveling, and second the clear lid has no padding next to the lid so your gear rattles around more.The lid gasket has enough give to route cords through it and still remain waterproof.(edit: NOT completely true - case is water resistant this way only in very shallow water/rain.2-3 meters down as you might find yourself after being flipped over by a giant wave in a sea kayak is enough to admit water and kill your camera.Ask me how I know.Keep EVERYTHING out of the way of the seal if you want total waterproofness to its rated depth!)
