(More customer reviews)The depth reading on this fish finder bounced all over the place. It would jump from 3' to 15' constantly in 10' of water. I would have thought it a fluke but I later learned that two other people I work with had the same problem. Then I learned from a few fishing forums that several other people had this problem. I'm not sure if it's specific to the M#525 or the entire 500 series but no one is complaining about the other Humminbird models. I sent this back and bought a Lowrance X96, problem solved.
