Nowhere on the marketing information or the product information does it say "doesn't work with all devices", in fact, it says just the opposite, that is supports ALL Bluetooth devices. Since Bluetooth is a standard it should work, but it doesn't work with any iPhone (3G, 3GS or 4G). I got one person on the phone to tell me directly that iPhone isn't supported. Additionally, six none answered calls, three none answered voicemail and four none responded to emails to Cobra later, and I am done with them. This garbage is sitting in my garage. Unfortunately, I already cut the almost 2" hole it needs for installation into the console of my boat. I strongly discourage anyone from buying this unit. False advertisement and a crappy company to deal with!!! I would have given it 0 stars if I could.
