(More customer reviews)Purchased May 08.When connecting out of the box, the web site wanted to upgrade hand held device (which is a normal process).The update crashed leaving me with an inoperable device and the website not recognizing the device anymore. (Check web search and you will see this is a common problem).I spent two weeks trying to contact customer service at skygolf, but over 6 emails went unanswered and phone calls (and long holds) offered no solution.I am stuck with a device that never worked and no customer service from skygolf or amazon.
